


Fancy the wind in the hair whilst driving the Elan +2? well, although never produced by Lotus there have been conversions to convertible by independent firms. The chassis stops the Elan from sagging in the middle when you cut off that lovely roof. The availability of these is not so good, they do come up for sale occasionally so plan on holding onto your money for a while. The cost is higher than the fixed head coupe as you can appreciate.
